1. The Ponca City Chamber of Commerce Websticker must always be an active link to the Ponca City Chamber of Commerce's Home Page at http://www.poncacitychamber.com. The "ALT" tag must be Ponca City Chamber of Commerce.
2. You must be a current U.S. Chamber of Commerce member in good standing.
3. The user acknowledges that this Websticker consists of a registered trademark owned by the Ponca City Chamber of Commerce and your use is pursuant to the Ponca City Chamber of Commerce’s permission and pursuant to these terms and conditions.
4. You may not alter the Websticker or the code provided to display it in any manner.
5. The Ponca City Chamber of Commerce Websticker must always stand alone without other logos and trademarks associated with it.
6. You may not display the Websticker on any site that disparages the Ponca City Chamber of Commerce or its products or services.
7. You may not display the Websticker in any manner that implies sponsorship, endorsement, or license by the Ponca City Chamber of Commerce.
8. The Websticker may not be displayed as a feature or design element of any logo.
9. These policies do not grant a license to Ponca City Chamber of Commerce logos or trademarks. The Ponca City Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to terminate or modify permission to display the Websticker at any time. The Ponca City Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to take action against any use that does not conform to these Policies, infringes any Ponca City Chamber of Commerce intellectual property or other right, or violates other applicable law.
