The University at Ponca City offers advanced learning opportunities for your firm's
employees through 3 bachelor's degree options and 9 master's degree programs.
They work with Northwestern Oklahoma State University, University of Oklahoma,

The courses are delivered via interactive television, online instruction and
on site instruction. The average student attending ULC is 38 years of age. He or
she is employed and has family and work responsibilities that limit their
ability to pursue their educational goals outside of the local area. Students
take an average of 2-3 classes per semester.

CUSTOMER SERVICE:
Practical skills and techniques essential to good customer service.
LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT:
Skills in coaching, managing priorities, proactive listening, presentation
skill, giving recognition, moving from conflict to collaboration and others.
PERSONNEL SELECTION AND PLACEMENT:
An effective job analysis system is an essential component of effective human
resource management. We have a system and the training for selection,
interviewing, and recommending follow-up training.
SAFETY TRAINING:
State supported safety training as related to Worker's Compensation coverage
and OSHA 200 log of incidents is delivered on-site at no cost to eligible
clients.
SMALL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:
Entrepreneurship, time management, marketing and sales, customer service,
record keeping, cash management, budgeting, a business plan development.
Northern offers a wide variety of Associate degrees. They have two campuses,
one in Tonkawa and one in Enid. They offer courses in accounting, business
management, economics, and a course in small business management. For more
